His practice focuses on the counseling and representation of design professionals, employment counseling and general civil litigation; and he has received Martindale Hubbell’s highest “AV Preeminent” rating for ethics and competence. Michelle R. Generaux received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame (BA, 1993) and law degree from the William Mitchell College of Law (JD, 1996), and her practice focuses is on the representation of privately held businesses, with an emphasis on architectural and engineering firms. She has extensive experience in entity selection and formation, contract drafting and negotiation, ownership transitions and mergers and acquisitions.
